A stone's throw from the thermal baths and the centre, with parking and real comforts: impeccable cleanliness, complete cuisine and a present but unobtrusive welcome.

Very cosy house: warm, really clean and very homely, a stone's throw from the centre of Bormio and the Bormio terme thermal baths (within walking distance). The owners are exquisite people: always available, from the booking to the welcome, to the check-out. Always there for any need or doubt during your stay. Little gem: the owners have made a map that, via QR code, indicates some of the typical restaurants, services, shops and grocery shops in the area, very useful and functional to orient themselves in the country if you do not know. We'll be back!

We stayed for 2 nights to be able to go to the spa excellent location on the ground floor about twenty steps from a good restaurant pizzeria 100 metres away a good bar for breakfast clean and functional house large rooms cosy house with parking in front of the house super friendly and helpful owners wi fy free living room small but equipped with everything you need

This flat is very cosy, clean, tidy and well equipped. The kitchen is well equipped, complete with induction hob, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom is very comfortable and equipped with a washing machine. Outside there is a nice space for eating out and a parking space. The location close to the centre and the owners' welcome keep the stay very pleasant. Full relaxation.

Outstanding. Beautiful house with everything we needed, very clean and within walking distance of the village. Very kind owners, we had a wonderful time. Deserving for us was also the acquaintance with the extraordinary Mr Aldo. Absolutely recommended.

The house is new, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is super-equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge). Location 10 minutes or so from the centre. 2 minutes’ walk from the municipal baths. Parking space. For the little ones, two playgrounds nearby. Double entrance where you can also leave your shoes, especially in winter. Owners very welcoming and nice. Don't book so you leave the place to us😉

Very pleasant stay in this very comfortable, newly renovated flat, very clean and close to the centre of Bormio (10 minutes walk). Very quiet and with a small outside corner for outdoor dining and sunbathing. Parking available in front of the door. Very kind hosts. We will definitely be back!

We normally include bed linen and towels, plus consumption and final cleaning as indicated in the booking summary. Any extras are communicated prior to confirmation.

Are animals allowed?

Yes, your four-legged friends are always welcome, with a small extra charge, but may under no circumstances be left alone inside the flat

What is the cancellation policy and how do I pay?

There is a deposit to be paid by bank transfer upon confirmation of the booking and the balance upon your arrival at the flat. Cancellation policies follow the policies indicated at the time of booking (with clear conditions before confirmation).
